We actively work in the Glasgow community

Community Program

Since 2004 we have provided a fully funded work based program for those in our community who are experiencing difficulty in finding employment. GENESIS (Gaining Employment through New Expertise, Skills and Invested Support) is an 8 week program featuring 9 days or work placement. The course aims to encourage development and employment opportunities by offering a supported learning environment to people within our community. GENESIS aims to assist people in making informed decisions which help the transition back into work, further education or training.

Charity

We raise funds and awareness of local charities through various office wide, team and individual events. Our offices nominated charities are Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice and National Children’s Homes (NCH).

Education

We have many opportunities to partner with the education sector in various activities through out the year and example of which are:

Over the past 2 years we have worked with Stock Market Challenge to sponsor the Glasgow schools events where 3rd year pupils have the opportunity to experience the stock markets and learn key financial skills as well as team work and communication.

Over the past 4 years we have partnered with Glasgow Caledonian University to deliver a module within their Risk and Financial Service Degrees.
