The ‘my current vacancies’ screen brings together key information about all vacancies and
presents it to you on a single, concise web page. It shows the number of live applicants,
interview status and provides quick links to common tasks, such as editing vacancy details.

New vacancy listings can be created in a matter of minutes and then be instantly published
to s1jobs.

With Candidate Match (available if you have an employer account) you can choose to view
candidates from the s1jobs Candidate Database that fit the vacancy being advertised. Then
contact your selected candidates with an invite to apply.

Jobs Manager also includes Applicant Screening, the simple way to reduce time spent dealing
with unsuitable candidates. Set up any number of yes/no questions for each vacancy -
applicants answering a question ‘incorrectly’ will automatically receive a polite rejection
message within 24 hours.
