Dental Practice Manager (Maternity Cover)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, staff management, and patient flow.

- Provide leadership and guidance to dental staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

- Manage administrative tasks such as billing, finance processing, reporting and inventory management.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity of the practice.

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development.

- Handle patient enquiries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.

Previous experience in a dental practice management role strongly preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in dental practice management software (R4+) and Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, practice reporting and finance processes.

- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.,

Position: Dental Practice Manager (Maternity Cover) - Fixed Term Contract - Monday to Thursday 9-5:30pm and Friday 9-1pm (34 hours per week), Fixed-term contract starting in August 2024 and ending upon completion of maternity leave.
