Full Job Description
- Assist each department as and where is required
- Assist guests with luggage
- Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards
- Answer guest and visitor queries of hotel activities and offer guidance and recommendations
- Ensure the hotel environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard throughout the day
- Carry out any additional duties required by the General Manager
- Full UK drivig licence is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given. - The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- A professional and proactive approach to guest service
- Excellent attention to detail
No experience required. Part time and full time roles available.
