Full Job Description

+ Using our Lawware computer system, ensuring contact details are up to date for clients, indexing documents, keeping tracking of client information and communication
+ Becoming an expert in all MS packages, such MS Word for audio typing and creating digital files, generating forms and other documents
+ Inputting and updating details on internal and external websites and portals like Registers of Scotland and Estate Agency websites
+ Filing clients digitally using Lawware and on shared networks
+ Acting as first point of contact for the business by email on MS Outlook and by answering telephones, collaborating with other members of the team as and when
+ All other general office duties

+ Keen to learn and work as part of a team, + Ability to work in a supportive team with experienced members of staff, On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
