Typical roles our Automation Managing Consultants will undertake include :

Head of Automation, Automation CoE Lead, Innovation Lead or Senior Automation Consultant

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories :

Business Development Leading / contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

Internal Contribution Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

Learning & Development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

You will have significant experience in one, if not all, of the three areas outlined above. We are looking for applicants with the following attributes,

  • Proven Experience in Automation Consulting

  • Demonstrated account creation as well as expansion

  • A keen problem solver / logic solver

  • Demonstrable personal sales £500k and enabled Sales / P&L £500k>

  • Can develop G2M packs for C-Suite but can also baseline with Solution Architecture

  • IDP, NLP, ML and RPA deployment experience

  • Workflow automation experience

  • RPA experience

  • Low Code experience

  • IDP experience

  • Azure or AWS Practitioner certified

  • Comfortable with On Prem and Cloud Architecture

  • Can identify a client's automation maturity

  • Can manage account revenue and bookings

  • Can lead streams of work

  • RTA legislation awareness

  • Awareness of Automation in Sustainability

  • Experience with developing propositions together with wider stakeholders, partners and vendors

  • Experience in Bid Writing


  • Even better if you have :
  • Understanding and experience of process optimisation tools, techniques and approaches and their application, such as Lean Six Sigma

  • Azure Cognitive Services MLS

  • Experience with Hyperscience, Appian, UiPath, Dynamics365, Pega, NICE, BluePrism, ABBYY, Kofax, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Celonis or Signavio.

  • French, German or Spanish is spoken to a high degree

  • Knime awareness

  • Python knowledge

  • Spacy knowledge

  • PRINCE2 certified

  • BCS / IIBA certified

  • Understanding and / or experience of Business Analysis techniques

  • Experience in major back office processes i.e. Finance

  • Experience of delivering in an Agile / Scaled Agile environment

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle

  • IoT Experience, Will have led both consulting and client hybrid teams

  • Curious and driven to push the boundaries in creating new offerings and make a difference both for our clients and within our business unit

  • A good storyteller with the ability to influence

  • Excellent Networking Skills to unlock early rapport both externally and internally

  • You will be highly motivated, a self-starter, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to project delivery, capable of working independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced project environment

  • Possess a digital mindset and an interest in innovation to enable added value

  • You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, providing direction, and helping others to develop.

  • You will be able to anticipate and adjust positively to situations with clients that involve changing tasks and / or location, shifting priorities or ambiguity

  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to listen to understand the client situation and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently on potentially complex issues

  • You'll have a track record of successful delivery within projects or programmes working alongside other parties.

  • You will have an interest in Automation, Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement
