Site Manager / Supervisor (x2)

Site Manager / Supervisor, Salary £40,000 – 2 Full-time, Permanent positions.

R3 Repairs Ltd have ambitious plans for the future and we are actively growing our team. R3 Repairs is a busy property repairs and maintenance company, we’ve been working in Edinburgh, Lothian and the Borders for almost 14 years, and are wholly-owned by East Lothian Housing Association. We carry out work in social housing, private homes and for other businesses – that means there’s lots of variety and the potential for every day to be different. 

We are looking for a Site Manager / Supervisor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have.

·       excellent practical and analytical skills,

·       ensure deadlines are met,

·       operatives comply with health and safety practices,

·       organising schedules,

·       managing materials,

·       planning activities,

·       completing reports,

·       attend site and management meetings.

The successful candidate will report to our Contracts Manager and be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their project programme.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for the delivery of the project within programme timescales

·       Manage onsite compliance with the business health and safety standards and processes.

·       Accountable for ensuring all site operations meet specification guidelines.

·       Supervise and manage multiple trades ensuring all work is delivered on time and to a quality standard.

·       Communicate clearly with your onsite team ensuring they receive clear direction and operate within R3 Repairs guidelines.

Essential Skills:

·       3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor

·       SMSTS Training Certificate

·       Valid First Aid Certificate

·       Asbestos Awareness certificate

·       Full UK Driving License

·       Driven individual with strong leadership skills
