Talent Acquisition Administrator

This is an exciting time to join the Talent Acquisition team at SEPA. We are transforming our approach to recruitment which has resulted in the creation of the role of Talent Acquisition Administrator.

As Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be part of a highly supportive and collaborative team.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting SEPA’s recruitment activity to enable an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the recruitment journey. 

You will have a wide variety of responsibilities from vacancy authorisation and advert placement through to interview co-ordination and processing of pre-employment checks.

Being a key contact for candidates you will also co-ordinate the onboarding documents and issuing of employment contracts.

Bringing strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, the team will support you with learning the key tasks of delivering exceptional recruitment support.
