Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales / Telemarketing Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME currently based in Glasgow but moving to Kilmarnock in few months. The business is an established and innovate solutions provider primarily operating in the food and beverage sector. As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, booking product trials and meetings.,

  • Conduct targeted sales calls daily to qualify prospect and book initial Teams Meetings

  • Developing an understanding of the product range, how customers use it and how best to sell it

  • Following up customer interactions on marketing emails and other media to 'warm up' leads.

  • Maintaining an adequate lead bank and pipeline of warm leads, and using this to deliver the highest-quality leads at required volume.

  • Record accurate and detailed summary of virtual meetings and phone calls, including all actions, on company CRM

  • Assist with short-notice demands of 'Whale Hunting', such as rapid-fire multi-site qualification and preparing/attending meetings or visits.

    Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Salary £30,000-£40,000k (neg) depending on experience.

  • Good bonus on offer for hitting realistic targets.

  • Part time / flexible working working options available on a pro rata basis.

  • Ideally office based but some remote working a possibility
