Full Job Description

  • Wellbeing Worker (Wellbeing for Young People)
  • 28 hours (0.8FTE) pw
  • Working over a 4 week shift pattern (will involve evening/ weekend work) 
  • Permanent Contract
  • £26,225 - £28,251 pro rata (£14.41 - £15.52 per hour) 

 

Job Purpose:


To provide a person centred trauma informed housing support to young people who are experiencing homelessness or are care leavers. This support is provided in a residential and outreach setting.

To be successful, you will have:


  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults
  • SVQ Social Care (or equivalent work experience)
  • Understanding of relevant care standards and codes of practice.
