Full Job Description
- Wellbeing Worker (Wellbeing for Young People)
- 28 hours (0.8FTE) pw
- Working over a 4 week shift pattern (will involve evening/ weekend work)
- Permanent Contract
- £26,225 - £28,251 pro rata (£14.41 - £15.52 per hour)
Job Purpose:
To provide a person centred trauma informed housing support to young people who are experiencing homelessness or are care leavers. This support is provided in a residential and outreach setting.

To be successful, you will have:
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults
- SVQ Social Care (or equivalent work experience)
- Understanding of relevant care standards and codes of practice.
