Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting our client to recruit for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to join their team based in the West of Edinburgh.

The part time hours are 21 hours per week (flexible up to 25/26 hours) and are flexible with how these are split over the working week. The role is based on-site with parking facilities and local transport links available.

This is a newly created role due to growth within the organization and will support 2 senior individuals within the business across buying and finance administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with purchasing - ensuring all purchasing and deliver paperwork is managed
Receiving orders from site staff and processing
Ordering of PPE kit and office stock
Supplier relationship management
Processing purchase orders
Processing invoices
Linking all finance administration to Xero
Month-end reconciliations
