Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and events.

Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content for campaigns, including copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia materials.

Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics and KPIs to demonstrate ROI, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Audience Segmentation: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, tailoring campaigns to resonate with specific demographics and personas.

Experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the utilities or public sector.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and similar platforms.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Proven leadership experience, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
