Competition Terms & Conditions 

Eligibility: 

The competition is open to residents of Scotland aged 18 years or older. 

Employees of Newsquest Media Group Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter. 

How to Enter: 

The competition is open from 24/05/24 to 10pm, 7/05/24. 

To enter, participants must record and submit a video via WhatsApp within the timeframe. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

Any videos that contain any profanity, or any discriminatory behaviour will not be considered. 

Prize: 

The prize is 2 tickets to the Germany vs Scotland game at the UEFA Euro 2024 Germany on 14th June 2024 KO 20:00 in Munich, Germany. 

This is tickets to the event only - travel and accommodation not included. 

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 

Winner Selection and Notification: 

The winner will be judged from all valid entries received by the closing date and the winner by be selected by online public vote thereafter. 

The winner will be notified via WhatsApp within 1 day of the closing date of the public vote. 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. 

Publicity: 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. 

General: 

Newsquest Media Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Newsquest Media Group Ltd’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Newsquest Media Group Ltd. 

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, SFA. You are providing your information to Newsquest Media Group Ltd and not to SFA. 

Privacy: 

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
