\"Awards\"<\/a>After a brief hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our Recruitment Awards are back for 2021. We will be returning on the 26th<\/sup> of August to celebrate the individuals and organisations setting the highest standards in the Scottish jobs market.<\/p>\n

Entries are now open<\/a> <\/strong>for our ninth edition of the awards, held in association with esure, Lidl, Quarriers and Turning Point Scotland, with sixteen categories on offer this year. Previous winners include Sky, Tesco Bank, Greggs, The AA, Babcock, Blue Arrow and the University of Edinburgh<\/p>\n

Due to ongoing restrictions and the need for social distancing, this year\u2019s ceremony, hosted by Joel Dommett, will take place completely online using the virtual event platform Awards Room.<\/p>\n

In addition to celebrating the 2021 winners, we will also be giving well-deserved recognition to those who were shortlisted back in 2020 before the event was put on hold. The shortlisted nominees include some big names in Scottish recruitment such as Balfour Beatty, Mercedes-Benz, Quarriers and Lidl.<\/p>\n

Speaking in The Herald<\/a>, our commercial director Gavin Mochan said, \u201cIn a year of adversity, we have seen the bar increase and the sum of the incremental gains means we have a Scottish recruitment industry which is progressive, challenge-beating and innovative. As the market evolves, the awards must too, and we are delighted to be working in partnership with esure and our sponsors to create another memorable awards evening in August.\u201d<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s selection of categories includes HR Team of the Year, Recruitment Consultant of the Year, Best Employer Brand and Best Use of Social Media as part of a Recruitment Campaign.<\/p>\n
