Using hard numbers to show your past successes is a good way to stand out to employers. For example, something like \u201cExperience overseeing 10 construction projects\u201d looks a lot better than just \u201cexperience in overseeing projects\u201d.<\/p>\n

Tell them why you want this specific job<\/strong>.<\/h6>\n

If there are specific parts of the project which excite you, or you feel you can lend some serious expertise to, mention them. Employers will be grateful to see you took the time to understand the position better. It also gives them clear evidence of how you might be an asset to them.<\/p>\n
