What training will I receive?
Blackwood offers a comprehensive induction process including mandatory e-learning. You will also receive a on the job training and support during your 6 month probationary period.

Blackwood is extremely supportive giving employees the opportunity to build their skills and experience with the organisation. Blackwood will also consider applications to fund relevant career and job enhancing training and qualification. Any agreement would be subject to a Learning Agreement.
