Business Stream is one of the largest water retailers in the UK and a trusted retailer to over 300,000 forward-thinking businesses. With over 14 years’ experience of operating in a competitive water market – longer than any other retailer – we’re the chosen service provider for customers ranging from small corner shops to large industrial estates. Headquartered in Edinburgh and employing around 350 people, we provide a range of services to business customers including metering and billing, water efficiency support and, water and waste water management solutions. Think water’s boring? Think again. Life at Business Stream is fast paced and exciting, and we’re operating in a highly competitive market where no two days are the same. We’ve undertaken two large acquisitions since 2017, helping to position us as one of the largest water retailers in the UK market. In addition to servicing our growing customer base, in 2019 we launched our vision to make a positive difference to our customers, our people, the environment and our local communities. To help bring our vision to life, we’ve introduced a number of new initiatives including launching our Charity Panel and volunteering programme; introducing ambitious environmental targets to achieve net zero; delivering a wide range of measures to enhance our colleagues’ health and wellbeing; and introducing innovative solutions to help our customers reduce their water use. And we’re not stopping there - our people are at the heart of our vision and we’ll keep working together to launch even more initiatives to make a positive difference.
