When Castle Water launched in Scotland in 2014, it had a clear vision: to create an independent water retailer with excellent customer service at its heart. Since then, the non-domestic water market also opened up in England and Wales, giving businesses, charities and public bodies the right to choose their own retailers. Castle Water applied its experience in Scotland to this wider market and is now the second largest water retailer in the UK, servicing more than 350,000 customers, including several major public sector organisations. Businesses use millions of gallons of water every day, but Castle Water is committed to helping its customers use only what they need, while giving free advice about saving water. Castle Water is clear on its corporate responsibility too, working in partnership with Save The Children to support their emergency fund, so children caught up in emergencies can access safe, clean drinking water.
