Horizon

Horizon was the first Registered Social Landlord based in West Lothian. From the beginning, our vision has been to provide integrated housing for disabled people, enabling individuals to live independently and participate fully as valued members of their communities. 

We promote and provide affordable housing and tailored services that empower people, regardless of impairment, to live full, independent lives in the community of their choice. 

We manage 900 properties in 12 local authority areas across the central belt, integrating housing to meet the specific needs of wheelchair users.
