From day one at West College Scotland, you’ll receive the support you need to get off to the best possible start through our comprehensive online induction. Delivered via Evolve, our learning experience platform, the induction is designed to enhance your personal effectiveness and kickstart your learning and development journey at West.

Evolve offers access to over 400 self-directed learning resources on a wide variety of topics and enables every colleague to complete up to five days of CPD through a blend of self-directed, social, and experiential learning opportunities.

My Conversations is Wests innovative approach to one-to-one meetings with your manager. This employee-led, people-focused framework empowers you to take ownership of your personal effectiveness and professional growth.
