Delivered via Evolve, our learning experience platform, the induction is designed to enhance your personal effectiveness and kickstart your learning and development journey at West.
Evolve offers access to over 400 self-directed learning resources on a wide variety of topics and enables every colleague to complete up to five days of CPD through a blend of self-directed, social, and experiential learning opportunities.
