An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time flexible member of the 24/7 customer service team.

The successful candidate will have a caring, can do approach to customer service, dealing with a wide variety of customers. The main focus of the role is call handling on behalf of the telecare service alongside responding to emergency calls for all council services.

This is a highly pressured role where excellent team work is required to ensure the best service is delivered to our customers. As a flexible role the successful candidate will require to be fully flexible as there is regularly a requirement to cover shifts and make changes to working patterns at very short notice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a caring nature who can show empathy to their customer whilst following set processes and procedures.
