Full Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Deliver political and community engagement services to companies, and carry out research and intelligence gathering that will be used to inform political and community engagement strategies;

  • You will support the Accounts Team in delivering our communication strategies for our clients;

  • The role will also require involvement in event planning and organisation;

  • You will also look after systems and records;

  • You will manage supplier relationships such as designers, web designers and photographers.

    This is a varied role that would suit anyone with a passion for politics and who has previous experience in:

  • A public affairs agency;

  • Experience in a parliamentary office or political support/research role;

  • Or for someone looking to move from public relations into a role with a more political focus.

    Working at Invicta, you can expect to meet with the Senior Team regularly to ensure that you are receiving the support that you need and your salary will be reviewed annually. We would expect the successful candidate to progress from an Account Executive to an Account Manager within two years of their appointment. Our salary progression structure is as follows:
  • Account Executive: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience);

  • Account Manager: £35,000 - £45,000., 20 days annual leave (with an increase of up to 25 depending on service) plus an additional 10 bank holiday days;

  • A generous Employer pension contribution;

  • Enrollment within the company's Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection schemes;

  • A contribution to the cost of driving lessons;
