Full Job Description

  • We're looking for a gritty, driven Account Executive (Brand Partnerships Manager) who will lead our expansion into the UK and Europe.

  • You will develop prospective client relationships to drive mutually beneficial growth.

  • This will include outbound lead generation supported by our BDRs, inbound lead handling, phone calls, product demonstrations, shrewd negotiating, the ability to close new brand partnerships and maintain relationships.

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can work remotely while staying fully connected to the home office .

  • You are experienced and comfortable executing outbound and inbound sales initiatives and managing your sales funnel, within Creator's sales processes.

  • You are an organized, detail oriented, positive and outgoing individual built to thrive in a start-up environment.

  • We're looking for team-players with a work-hard play-hard mentality., Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service

  • Network and develop new brand relationships and partnerships, in an effort to grow business and help Creator expand

  • Create and execute effective outbound business development sales strategies, connecting with ICPs

  • Connect with inbound prospects to identify client needs and consult on solutions

  • Develop comprehensive proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients

  • Manage your entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing a sale

  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions to Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless client onboarding and overall customer experience

  • Position yourself and Creator as thought leaders within the influencer and affiliate marketing industries

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in SaaS and / or Martech sales preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies

  • Focused and goal-oriented

  • Team player with a work-hard play-hard mentality

  • Ability to self-manage working remotely in a different time zone, whilst staying connected through frequent and consistent communication

  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment is an asset

  • Experience with Salesforce and Apollo is an asset
