Full Job Description

Escape Recruitment has a new, exciting opportunity available to join a market-leading FM provider based in Edinburgh who is recruiting for An Account, Sales, and Delivery Manager.

As the new Account, Sales, and Delivery Manager in Scotland, your role will be to support and lead sales and business development activities for their Building Services division.

You will build upon the current pipeline for Scotland including development plans, and growth of the pipeline for the next financial year to meet targets.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the delivery of profitable client business (expanding on current or new business).
  • Fostering long-term relationships, negotiating client contracts, and increasing new business pipeline.
  • Providing direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting the company strategies and service offers to prospective clients.
  • Encouraging innovation to develop and grow the business beyond core activities and secure the company's position as a preferred supplier on new accounts.
  • Manage pre-qualification processes with prospective clients by identifying the expectations of the prospects.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record of developing successful sales and business development strategies across a broad portfolio of target client groups.
  • Experience in FM / building services is essential to being successful within this role.
  • Management of the total bid process for new and retained business.
  • Sound knowledge of the industry/client sectors, including sound knowledge of both private and public sector tendering and commissioning procedures.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Development of commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client needs and price products/services accordingly.
  • Ability to develop ideas, initiatives, and new approaches across all areas including assessment of the mechanics of delivery, financial costs, and human and technical resource requirements.
  • Ideally, you will come from an engineering/technical background to trade within FM to complement the skill set in the team.

Salary:

  • Up to 55,000.
  • Car/ Car Allowance.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Holidays 35 days.
  • Pension.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
