An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading global international business based in the Glasgow City centre, to recruit a permanent Accounts Assistant.

This company have experienced a significant period of growth over the last 12 months making it an exciting time to join the business. Full training will be provided.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain financial records and update accounting systems
• Support budget monitoring by tracking spend spend and flagging variances
• Handle cash, banking, and reconciliation of income
• Mix of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team and respond to staff/supplier queries
