Accounts Payable Processor

Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Accounts Payable Officer for an initial 3-month contract.

• Please note this is a hybrid role where candidates will need to travel to a site east of Glasgow (parking available on site), 3 days a week.
• Umbrella set up only
• 250 - 300 a day
• Full time hours - 37 hour week

Experience Required:

• Must have experience in a complex and fast-paced Accounts Payable environment, demonstrating accuracy and resilience under pressure.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable principles, practices, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Strong stakeholder service orientation, ensuring positive interactions and timely resolution of queries.
• Proactive contributor to the continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable function.
• Hands-on experience with manual invoice and expense processing in Sage and Oracle.
