Activities Coordinator

Job Description /n Located in the beautiful village of Benderloch by Oban, we offer small group living accommodation for up to 62-residents. /n Activities Coordinator Contract /n /n - £14.06 per hour /n - Contracted to 40 hours per week /n - Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided /n - 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) /n /n Role Overview /n As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. /n You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia. /n Working as part of the wider team, the role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment

where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
