Adhoc Cook / Chef Carehome

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and customer preferences
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely meal service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Train and supervise kitchen staff members

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in care-homes or similar setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
