Full Job Description

You'll play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our building. You will handle a variety of tasks, including clerical work, data entry, scheduling and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence

  • Organise and schedule appointments and meetings

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Provide general support to visitors and act as point of contact for internal and external visitors / clients

    Previous experience as an Administration Assistant would be beneficial

  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
