We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to work within our Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external systems.
  • Take calls and direct to the appropriate department and individuals.
  • Liaise effectively with other departments and individuals.
  • Create daily and monthly schedules for field team and arranging site visits.
  • Liaise with field operatives to ensure they are working efficiently.
  • Provide quotations to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers by phone and email.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide an efficient and seamless administration.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and have a pro-active and driven approach to their work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships with departments across the business.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written skills and telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time-keeping skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise work effectively, work to deadlines and work positively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Ability to move between teams with a friendly, approachable, and positive demeanour.

The working hours will be Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm.

The position is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong management skills who is able to effectively manage ongoing tasks.
