Full Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Administrator to join our team in Stirling. In this role, you will be essential in providing administrative support to our branch, ensuring prompt customer responses, and contributing to the seamless operation of our office. If you are organised, efficient, and detail-oriented, we would love to hear from you!,

  • Managing the branch email inbox and replies.

  • Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers.

  • Raising purchase orders.

  • Raising work orders.

  • Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects.

  • Updating our CRM.

  • Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties.

    Computer skills - familiar with Excel and Word.

  • Administrative experience.

  • Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.

  • Salary of £11.50 per hour.

  • Monday to Friday - No weekends.

  • 20 hours per week.

  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
