Full Job Description
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. This is a varied role providing administrative support across the business, with a particular focus on maintaining our internal systems, employee records and company documentation. The role will involve working with systems including Rippling, Procore and Breadcrumb, ensuring information is accurate and up to date and supporting employees and managers with day-to-day administrative requirements.,
- Maintain and update information across company systems including Rippling, Procore and Breadcrumb.
- Support the administration of new starters, including system set-up, documentation and relevant records.
- Maintain employee training, qualification and competency records, following up on missing or expiring information where required.
- Support with Procore administration, including user access, project information and documentation.
- Assist employees and managers with queries relating to company systems and processes.
- Maintain accurate company records, certificates and compliance documentation.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of company accreditations.
- Upload, organise and maintain electronic documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and reports as required.
- Liaise with colleagues across our offices and project sites to obtain information and ensure records remain up to date.

- Previous experience within an administrative or office-based role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using IT systems and comfortable learning new software and processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and confident in following up with colleagues to obtain information when required.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
- Comfortable handling confidential employee and company information.
- Previous construction industry experience or experience using HR, project management or compliance systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
