Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and working with advanced equipment? Join us as an Aftermarket Maintenance Engineer and play a key role in supporting the global energy industry through the maintenance and development of industry-leading ASEP K-Winch and Elmar products based in Kintore, Aberdeen. From high-performance truck-mounted winches and offshore containerized systems to powerful diesel-driven packs and innovative wireline masts, you'll help ensure our products stay at peak performance worldwide.,

  • Assemble complex equipment using technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Service, maintain, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems to exacting standards.
  • Inspect and monitor equipment to detect defects and ensure performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient workspace aligned with 5S and LEAN methodologies.
  • Contribute to new product development and support integration of new machinery.
  • Share ideas for improvements and collaborate in daily team briefings.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets as directed by your Team Leader.
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure all outputs meet NOV's high standards of safety and quality.
  • Log engineering issues to support design improvements and innovation.

    Completed apprenticeship in HGV or plant mechanics.
  • HNC (or equivalent) in a technical field.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Clear communicator with a professional approach.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for personal and professional development.
