The position is a combination of Strategic and Tactical tasks. There are many strategic areas that need exploration, evaluation and prioritization, while in parallel ensuring that the tactical needs for continuing to operate the platform are met. It is a delicate balance of resource allocation and stakeholder management.

You will support the end-to-end product road map. In this role, you will advance the regulatory requirements, feature development, automation, and user experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for capturing requests from multiple stakeholders, capturing product requirements, translating these into our Agile operating model Epics and Feature stories and prioritizing them as part of the backlog grooming. Additionally, the structure of the business internally means you will need to operate in a matrixed fashion with multiple stakeholders in functions like the Platforms team (infrastructure), Product Marketing, Client Services, etc. who are each focused on diverse clients and users. As you develop the product road map, you will need to skillfully solve for this complexity of users and stakeholders and bring people on the journey in an effective way.

  • Manage stakeholders effectively - you need to communicate product developments in a way that partners understand what we're doing and why. You'll be expected to partner with other product managers to ensure these are in sync with other priorities.

  • Support the business case and rationale for new features and innovations.
