NRL are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our Rail division, based in Falkirk.

The role is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in rail. Having recently been awarded an 8-year contract, this will be an Apprenticeship role with a view of moving into permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.

What we’re looking for:

Reporting into the Rail Operations Manager, duties and responsibilities include:

  • Payroll
  • COOM Submission
  • Compiling weekly shift plan
  • Individual Shift Count
  • Allocating PO numbers with authorisation
  • Authorizing contractor leave requests
  • General administration tasks
