As an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator:

* Plan and track deliveries of aggregate, asphalt and concrete so customers get what they need, on time, ensuring effective use of transport
* Work with Sales, Operations and Transport teams to keep things running smoothly
* Call customers the day before delivery to confirm times and orders
* Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
* Keep records up to date so the business knows what was delivered, what wasn’t, and why
* Build good relationships with customers over the phone
* Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets.

You will attend college; the choice of college will be dependent on where you live.
