Full Job Description
- Working closely with a plumber to learn the plumbing trade through hands on experience.
- Attend college on block release to gain a Modern Apprenticeship.
- Perform basic tasks such as handling tools, preparing work areas, and performing simpler plumbing tasks under guidance.
- Gain experience in reading and interpreting technical documents like drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Working with others, including electricians, construction workers, and other apprentices safely.
- This Modern Apprenticeship will take 4 years to complete.
Nat 5 or equivalent in English, Math's, and ideally a science - It would be great if you have already achieved a Plumbing Pre-Apprenticeship
- Be motivated and eager to learn with a passion for the plumbing trade.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Due to the nature of the role, it is preferred if candidates have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
