Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert design solutions and support to the existing team and external clients. You will be designing high-profile projects across several sectors and will be part of a studio where there is a real culture of design and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and developing comprehensive design plans based on local building regulations and guidance. You will be designing predominantly using Revit. You may also be tasked with assisting more junior members of the team with this software.
  • Liaise with external clients and consultants to identify issues and design flaws, identifying root causes and implementing alterations to keep the projects on track.

Requirements:

  • You must be an ARB registered Architect with circa 3+ years post part III experience preferably designing projects in the residential and commercial sectors.
  • In depth knowledge of local building regulations and guidance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Excellent problem solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to design.
  • You must have commercial experience working in Revit.

Why join them:

  • Opportunity to make a real impact by championing design excellence in a challenging and rewarding industry.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment where your contributions are valued and recognised.
  • Competitive salary package and benefits, including excellent professional development opportunities and career advancement.
