Full Job Description

Area: Scotland with visits to Ireland bi-quarterly, It is imperative to maintain impeccable standards of merchandising and uphold brand visibility across all stores.

Furthermore, building, and nurturing relationships with instore staff is a vital part of the role. You will also be engaging with internal stakeholders at Ring, so clear communication skills are needed to ensure they see you as a Ring product expert and the primary point of contact. You will need to present back your findings to the client in a professional and clear manner, ensuring you also manage your time effectively to maximise the value of your visits and manage any ad hoc additional requests that come through from the client.,

  • Delivering immersive brand experiences to consumers and retail colleagues within the designated call file.

  • Build lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders within a retail store.

  • Providing top-tier product training and engagement activities to foster brand advocacy within retail.

  • Plan your own time and diary efficiently to visit your assigned territory

  • Training store colleagues on key product features and benefits.

  • Executing store demonstrations and group training session days to enhance product awareness.

  • Ensuring high standards of merchandising and brand visibility across all stores

  • Self-motivated to deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Employing effective communication and networking strategies to maximize brand exposure.

  • Maintaining adherence to company policies and values.

    As a pivotal member of Ring's team, the role of Area Training Manager is geared towards someone who has excellent communication skills, is confident building new relationships and can work under their own initiative.


  • Your primary focus will be on Developing relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned territory, which will enable you to deliver memorable brand experiences.

    In this dynamic role, you will need to have a great understanding of the retail landscape which means being adaptable, a passion for technology and a strong desire to grow as an individual.

    Ability to visit Ireland bi-quarterly- twice every three months,
  • Strong sales and presentation skills.

  • Full UK driving license.

    £27,000 a year, Package:

    Competitive salary: £27,000 per year plus a 10% annual Bonus (paid quarterly)

    £450 a month car allowance.
