Assistant Manager - 1AA Restaurant, pub with rooms

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team at The Ship Inn in Elie. The successful candidate will support the General Manager in the daily running of the very busy site. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume, fast paced venue. This is the ideal position for someone who wishes to progress within a forward thinking, growing company.

·MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY

·Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment

·Planning and organising skills

·Excellent attention to detail and standards

·Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
