Full Job Description

The Deloitte Global Communications Senior Specialist will play a key role in elevating Deloitte's external profile through integrated, global communications. This role focuses on developing and executing media strategies, creating high-impact content, and coordinating with Deloitte member firm communications professionals across geographies to amplify key campaigns around the world. The individual will collaborate closely with member firm teams and senior leaders to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across earned, owned, and paid channels.

  • Develop and execute media strategies to support Global campaigns spanning key priority topics including industry thought leadership, global survey insights on technology, transformation, workforce trends, and more
  • Coordinate pitching and interviews, manage ongoing media engagement activities, and track coverage
  • Ensure consistent, on-message storytelling across regions and platforms
  • Collaborate with Deloitte member firm communications professionals across geographies to identify, secure, and support earned, owned, and paid media opportunities that differentiate Deloitte and demonstrate our depth of expertise on topics important to clients
  • Develop communication materials such as key messages, talking points, briefing documents, and op-eds in support of eminence launches and priority global events

    Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure, delivering against multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a focus on clarity and precision
  • Great team player with a passion for strategic communications and the ability to carry forward projects from start to finish
  • Capable of building effective virtual working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies
  • Experience influencing and working with senior leaders, advising on communications
  • Exceptional ability to prepare executive-ready materials that "tell-the-story" succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in driving work forward
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with the ability to navigate complex approval structures
  • Ability to define appropriate communications performance indicators, report on success measures, and evaluate metrics to enhance/improve communications activities and strategies
  • Fluency in MS applications, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools and effective prompting
  • Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, and/or PR. PR agency experience preferred
