Assistant Purchase Administration Team Leader

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Location: Stirling

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Purchase Administration Team Leader within our Facilities Management sector. This role will involve:

-            Day to day supervision of the FM Purchase Administration team to ensure the timely raising & issuing of purchase orders in line with company processes

-            Checking and approval of purchase orders ensuring agreed approval limits are met

-            Liaising with Business Unit personnel / Suppliers / Sub Contractors as necessary

-            Compiling data for business reporting purposes

-            Working closely with the team and Purchase Ledger to resolve invoice queries and maintaining acceptable level of outstanding invoices

-            Assist with housekeeping of CAFM system

-            Obtaining quotations for materials /services when required

-            Matching goods received notes to purchase orders

-            Any other tasks deemed reasonable for the role


If you are a highly skilled individual, with leading class customer service and a positive “can do” attitude we want to hear from you. You will be competent in Excel, possess good organisation skills, experience of dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and have experience in related roles.
