We are a small but growing contractor based in Renfrewshire looking to add an Assistant QS or QS to our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a business, take on responsibility, and progress within a supportive, close-knit team.

The Role

You will be involved in a variety of projects and assist with the commercial management of works from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with cost management and valuations
• Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages
• Measuring works and preparing take-offs
• Supporting procurement and material ordering
• Managing variations and project costs
• Assisting with final accounts
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams
• 
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a QS or Assistant QS role preferred
• Construction industry knowledge
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Relevant qualification desirable but not essential for the right candidate
