Peace Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning residential developer to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a prestigious new flatted development in Leith.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business known for delivering quality homes and high-spec developments across Scotland. You will work alongside an experienced site team, supporting the successful delivery of a flagship steel-framed residential project.

The Role:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of site operations
• Support programme delivery to ensure key deadlines are achieved
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship throughout
• Help drive build quality, customer satisfaction, and snag-free handovers
• Work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction
• Experience working on flatted developments is essential
• Steel frame construction experience is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Passion for delivering quality projects safely and on programme

Essential Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
