Assistant Site Manager

PFC Careers are looking for an Assistant Site Manager who is looking to progress to running their own projects in the near future. The company are a medium sized medium contractor who have an excellent reputation amongst their client base. They have a number of projects in the East central belt over the coming years so are looking to bolster their team in this area. They work across a number of sectors including industrial, commercial and housing, with projects going up to around £5m

You will be responsible for day to management of site duties including leading operatives and sub contractors, maintaining programme and ensuring the highest quality Health and Safety Standards.

Key duties:

• Manage day to day operations
• Supervise both directly employed and sub contract labour
• Build maintain relationships with clients
• Complete site records, progress and assist with weekly reporting

About you

• Have experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a main contractor
• Confident supervising teams of labour
• Can work independent but with support initially
• Effective communicator
• Strong eye for detail
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
