Assistant / Trainee Property Manager - Career opportunity

Due to continued growth our client is now recruiting for an Trainee/Assistant Property Manager to work alongside an experienced team providing admin support, liaising with clients and learning property with a view to moving into a full Property Manager role.

This exciting career opening will suit candidates with service/office based experience and an interest in the property market with full training provided.

Working from a busy office environment your key duties will include:-

• Managing incoming customer calls and emails from property owners regarding maintenance issues, property projects and account queries
• Providing good customer service and building client relationships
• Assisting the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in your team with organising repairs, speaking to contractors, updating clients and gathering quotes
• All connected admin tasks – updating systems, sending emails and keeping records to ensure properties managed are compliant with legislation

Property experience isn’t required however candidates should have worked in service or office based roles, have confident communication skills and be able to manage and organise a busy workload as part of a team. Solid all round IT abilities are preferred.

Permanent full time position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, based in Glasgow with free parking on side – excellent starting salary to £26k with benefits package including 38 days holiday and bonus scheme.
