Experteer Overview As Associate Director you will lead testing solutions for investment management and wealth clients, shaping modern QE strategies and governance. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality QE outcomes and drive go-to-market propositions. You'll coach teams, mentor talent, and contribute to practice growth within a culture that values inclusion and impact. This role offers the chance to influence transformation at scale across complex financial services programmes. Pay / Benefits
- Define modern QE strategies, test architectures, and assurance frameworks for delivery programmes Collaborate with multi-capability teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality QE outcomes Develop and implement go-to-market QE propositions with leadership teams to attract clients Shape client QE roadmaps and transformation programmes across Investment Management and Wealth Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide investment in QE tools and methods Contribute to pre-sales, bids, and client presentations to grow Deloitte's QE proposition Coach junior team members and develop QE accelerators and standards Support practice growth and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture Tasks Deep investment or wealth management industry expertise in client-facing environments (CRD or FNZ tech suites preferred) Proven leadership with strategic direction and technical oversight for complex QE programmes Experience defining QE strategies across functional, automation, performance, security, data, and non-functional testing in Investment Management and Wealth Excellent communication and business writing skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders Extensive client-facing consulting experience on QE challenges and transformation priorities Proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing QE teams and drive continuous improvement Key requirements hybrid working policy return-to-work coaching and support wellbeing emphasis career development and world-class development opportunities
