Experteer Overview In this role you join a busy national Employment team to handle high-quality advisory and contentious work across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. You will work closely with partners to manage workplace issues, lead Employment Tribunal claims for respondents, and support TUPE, outsourcing and corporate deals. You'll draft key employment documents and help train clients, contributing to the team's growth and reputation. - Manage disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies Lead on Employment Tribunal claims (for respondents) Provide employment law support in TUPE, corporate deals and outsourcing projects Draft contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and related documentation Collaborate with Partners and support the national Employment team Tasks Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with 1+ years PQE in employment Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills Self-motivated with workload and deadline management abilities Commercially aware with some business development experience Ability to understand client needs and act in the firm's and client's interest Willingness to contribute to the development of junior team members Key requirements competitive salary flexible benefits scheme 25 days holiday (30 with length of service) private medical insurance flexible working and hybrid working diverse and inclusive environment
