• Serve as a key client contact and manage progress across audit engagements Oversee financial management of a client portfolio Ensure adherence to risk management and quality control procedures Identify business and sales opportunities and support proposals Assist Partners and Senior Managers in developing relationships and pitches Recruit, develop, and motivate team members; participate in graduate recruitment and performance management Collaborate with other Audit Managers on resource planning and efficiency initiatives Act as an ambassador for the firm and participate in office marketing and service range awareness Support the agile working framework and cross-functional collaboration Provide mentoring and coaching to staff as part of career development initiatives Tasks ACA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements Awareness of financial products, regulatory issues, and anti-money laundering controls Experience of systems/controls testing and substantive audits including consolidations and group audits Project management experience Key requirements agile working professional qualifications support mentoring and coaching career development programmes collaborative culture state-of-the-art collaboration spaces
