This post is a good opportunity for those with a generic support worker experience to specialise. Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
  • Build meaningful relationships and create personalised support plans.
  • Encourage independence and community involvement.
  • Support activities like swimming, scenic walks, social outings & more.
  • Work across Housing Support & Outreach services in a varied and fulfilling role.
  • Develop a knowledge of autism and other conditions as relevant to supported individuals.
  • Understand and implement Scottish Autism Policy and Procedure, Care Inspectorate and SSSC guidance and all other relevant legislation.
  • Be confident using IT and sharing information through digital processes.

  • Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
